Well said. To borrow from that old saying...If I had a nickel for every time someone one didn't follow through on their promise... Well, we'd all be better off. The Rumpelstiltskin effect is a great label for this all-to-common manifestation of human nature.

A complete CRM Assessment should already have been conducted to determine theorganization's reasons for implementing CRM and what kinds of application functionality would best serve the organization in achieving its goals. I have some more information about crm software

True - the CNET article is spot on but leaves out a number of the best products.Check out http://www.ElephantDrive.com if you're a regular user, or go straight to Amazon S3 if you're a programmer.

Who wouldn’t like the idea of improving efficiency and reclaiming resources sucked up by anti-virus type software. The danger, as I see it, is learning the hard way that your reputable site wasn't as reputable (or knowledgeable, careful and vigilant) as you thought. Everyday we see reports of “reputable” companies that are hacked/compromised. Also, I will often transfer a file from a trusted friend, by flash drive, to my computers. Without onboard "protection" I've have to stop that practice.
